During the break after the first series of presentations, mr Stuart started conversation with mr. Bird and a fellow client of the OTO center, professor John Hope, specialist in ‘organic thinking’ at the Oxford University in England. They discussed the current state of affairs of the Earth and how this ought to change to prepare for the long-term future.

 

“It is our belief at the OTO center that we need a peaceful world to prepare for the next phase of human existence.”, said Mr. Bird, And continued “We believe that all of you, who receive these Aquarians’ phantasmic experiences, are called to warn society about the existence of aliens and their possible arrival to planet Earth.   We have to communicate about this in a wise and controlled way to avoid panic, chaos, and anarchy.”  

 

Mr. Stuart replied with a very bold statement: “The first steps in my opinion ought to be documentaries about the aliens, much like the SF movies and SF series we all know about.” The professor replied, “The next steps will need to be more political, in a sense that we will need to manage the governance of planet earth in a drastically different way.  More power should be given to the United Nations or a new Global Management Organization to tackle the global problems globally and to prepare for the protection of our planet against any possible alien civilization.  We have to ensure people become more aware of their position in the whole system.  Based on my scientifically proven theories, people should see the world as an organism of which they are an integral part.  Nature is to be nurtured instead of used for our mechanical processes.  This demands for a circular approach on dealing with everything.  Now, still in our age, we throw away too much waste instead of trying to recycle more.  Nature should be put first on every level: personal, local, country, regional and global level and even beyond…”

 

Dr. Bird replied, “I agree with the professor and I would like to add that for us a Soul is someone who can travel spiritually between the 10^500 universes of our Multiverse. And a Soul brings a message of peace and hope.  Their goal is to tackle the global problems/opportunities globally (instead of nationally).  But it starts by shifting our mindsets on a personal and local level!  The first thing we will need is true and lasting world peace.  With global/universal peace, we can achieve so much more than we already do….  This will certainly involve the ‘good politics’ you talked about professor in your theories and thus the practical implementation of ‘the Organic Approach’” 

 

He continued, “The basis of our philosophy at the OTO center is that we, humanity, are not alone in the universe (in any universe if you look at it  from a multiverse perspective).  We base our theory on the fact that there are approximately 2 trillion galaxies in our universe (each consisting of billions of stars and so many more planets). Apparently, scientists have calculated that there would be 300 million habitable worlds in our Milky Way alone.  And every day we continue to discover more exoplanets that could harbor life in our direct neighborhood”.  

 

Mr. Stuart replied,  ‘It would therefor be very arrogant for us, humanity, to think that we are alone in the universe, and it would be even more arrogant to think that we are the smartest or strongest among all species of the universe.  This is already proven by the dreams we are apparently all experiencing as clients of the OTO center, the ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ which come most likely from the Aquarians.”

 

At that moment, the General of the US Space force entered into the conversation by stating, “I believe aliens exist, based on the experiences you had,  and it is very like that they may someday visit us in peace or with less positive intentions. Whatever way you look at it, we need to cooperate on various levels on global issues. The day that we will get visited is hopefully in the distant future, but it could be sooner than we want.   Maybe already tomorrow…..  We had viruses attacking us in our very existence between 2019-2022 (COVID-19) and between 2035-2039 (Monkeypox v2), and we needed to help each other on a global level (including global military support) to survive eventually. Similarly, we will have to develop global protection systems to protect our planet from an aggressor or visitor from outside (our solar system) with negative intentions.”

 

Professor Hope replied,  “And (again) world peace is the basis of this so much needed global initiative. World peace is also needed to tackle most of the other global issues, such as poverty, famine, drug and human trafficking, etc.”

 

Their conversation continued somewhat longer… during the one-hour break, and then the next section of presentations began.  The first of which was on “the existence of Souls” by dr Felicia Anasthasia.

 

“As you all know, we manage two planets (currently: Earth and Mars) in our Solar system, and we need to protect and preserve them with all means possible.  We also require global peace if we want to realistically move to other planets and celestial bodies in this and in other star systems (in the Milky Way and beyond) in the distant future.   As you may know, we consider all clients/patients present at the OTO center currently to be Souls.   But what are souls ?”  

 

After a brief round of out of the box thinking and statements by clients, dr Anasthasia continued “The Souls are bridge-builders between believers (Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, etc…) to prepare everyone for the next stage of our existence.    The purpose of the Souls is to create peace on Earth through cooperation and the joint belief that we need to fight for the protection and development of our species and our planets: Earth and Mars.”

 

“Many humans unknowingly live next to Souls who have this new belief….   We either accept the existence of the Souls or we don’t.   As long as we believe in super/other lifeforms, then we are already preparing our mindset for communication with the Souls.   The Souls want to bring the good news that there are other lifeforms with which they are (or have been) in contact, and by whom they are being supported….  It is the purpose of these aliens to ensure the Souls can bring this good news about Alien existence and their purposes to Humans (and later on… other species) of all the discovered and managed/colonized planets.”

 

“Ever since you came into contact with aliens through ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ and otherwise, you probably have asked yourself am I special?   Is my purpose in life as such that I need to be a bridge-builder between humans on Earth (one of so many) and in the next phase between humans and aliens?  I think the answer to these questions is ‘yes’… but, I leave it up to you to decide whether to join us (The OTO center) in the conquest for a more collaborative/cooperative world and eventually Global peace.”

 

After which dr Anasthasia invited mr Stuart to the stage to give a brief testimony of his experiences as a Soul.  Mr. Stuart briefly introduced himself, after which he made the following statement: “I am a soul moving between the various universes of the extensive multiverse. So far, I end up on the same planet 'the earth' in these various universes.  Occasionally, I discover minor differences.  But every so often, I discover major differences, which I will tell more about during the workgroup sessions on this topic.  As a Soul, I believe humans have been put on our current host planet, Earth, by alien lifeforms.  It may well be that we evolved from being fishlike to what we are now (cfr. book 'your inner fish' by Neil Shubin).  It might well be possible that we were put on Earth by a creator / alien lifeforms.  These alien lifeforms may well be still around, watching/observing our development.  I also believe in Intergalactic Reincarnation….  And yes, this, sounds like science fiction, but it is a belief like any other.  Can you prove the existence of God?  Equally, I can’t proof the moves I made between Universes or even the existence of intergalactic reincarnation.  But we can have a conversation about it !”

 

Dr. Anasthasia thanked mr Stuart for his contribution to the presentation and continued:  “I am convinced aliens are surprised by several of the developments on earth.    But at the same time they must be laughing at our lack of true global cooperation.   We wage (physical and trade) wars among ourselves, whereas we should prepare for the next phase of human existence.  In essence, becoming and staying an Interstellar/Intergalactic/universal species is fundamental.  We have all the technology needed for true global cooperation, and therefor for global peace.  Why then are we not instructing our leadership to become more global acting instead of waging these trade, psychological and physical wars.  We, the people of planet Earth, deserve better!  At least that is the OTO center’s opinion.”

 

“As stated during another presentation earlier today…  There are 2 trillion galaxies.  Each consisting of billions of stars with planets and other celestial bodies circling them. It would therefor be very arrogant of humans to think that we are the only life-form in this universe.  It would be even more arrogant to think we have not yet been visited by other species.   I even would love to have a discussion in the various workgroups (in the upcoming days) about the possibility of aliens living among us presently.... Just observe the behavior of others and find out the strangest things.   I believe that the Souls will prepare for interspecies communication, cooperation, and trade…..”

 

“We need to prepare for the next phase, in which the Souls assist us in accepting the possibility for the existence of alien lifeforms on earth already now.  We should stop waging wars on earth and start to think globally,  think climate, think equal chances and not just economic growth! I believe that the real economic growth is beyond Earth and Mars in outer-space from the interaction with other species on planets, other celestial bodies and spaceships in the Milky Way and other Galaxies.  Since the chance of the existence of other lifeforms/species cannot be excluded or refuted it is therefor also possible that, since reincarnation is considered possible on earth, this theory could be expanded to interstellar or even intergalactic level.  Some souls, like mr Stuart, believe in intergalactic reincarnation. This means that souls believe that when you die in one world, your soul moves on to another body… in another Galaxy (be it a planet, other space object or a spaceship). So they are convinced your soul lives on to experience new things in another life.”

 

“And besides that, what good does it do to have billions of dollars in your bank account in a world where breathing had become impossible?    There is a good chance that we might encounter this within the next one hundred years, or even sooner.  Global warming and climate change will influence our possibilities to exist on this planet.  We need to remain confident in our ability to create peace on earth and beyond, and to start focussing on global issues in a more profound manner.”

 

“Today should be the first Day of the Creation of the United Nations department of Interstellar cooperation..... Philosophizing about the future in which we trade with alien civilizations from distant planets in and beyond our Galaxy… Furthermore, today should also be the first Day of developing Interstellar spaceships that can bring us to our “next homestead" once we discover it in the upcoming decades. Interstellar travel by humans should be made possible within the next century !!  I do hope we are visited by Guardian Aliens (“Aquarians or Angels”) who will help us with all the above-mentioned developments..... and who will prepare humans for an exodus….. Should that be necessary.”

“In a later presentation, we will answer a significant question:  What could global cooperation look like ?’ But allow me to say the following already on this matter:  ‘If we work together as humanity, we can achieve a lot.  We have demonstrated this already by fighting the Coronavirus and Monkeypox virus.  May it be that there were regional solutions (vaccines) to the same problem with mixed outcome.  Likewise, we could cooperate in a better and more profound manner on other global issues’.   And as such, the selfish humans - who basically don’t understand their position in relation to their neighborhood or nature - won’t have a chance in a united world that shows solidarity with everyone and that is ready for the space-faring future.”  

 

“We need to be ready for a serious possibility of aliens visiting planet Earth and Mars more clearly than has been happening till now (with invasion of some humanoids in certain parts of society/corporate life).   The possibility of a more extensive invasion by aliens should not be excluded within the next decades.    We need to prepare to avoid an incurable situation where we become slaves of colonizing alien life forms.   It is even possible that we could become a part of their food chain.   If we cooperate and prepare for any eventuality then little ought to go wrong when we want to defend ourselves.    If we continue down the current road, that is by infighting on various levels between humans then we will be easily victimized and even consumed by possible offenders/colonizing species.”  

 

 

“An important question some of you may have is, ‘How did I become a ‘Soul’?

That is a very complex question with no simple answer.  But one thing is sure…Once you got contacted by alien lifeforms - in whatever form, and in whatever way,… - you changed!   So I believe that the Aliens, and possibly, our creators, have chosen their ‘subjects’ very wisely. The moment you, the clients at the OTO center, started getting experiences like the ones you had, you knew that you were becoming different from other humans…. What we call ‘a Soul’  This is also an abbreviation for Spreading Out Universal Love.  And it is our belief, at the OTO center, that you were selected for a specific purpose, “global peace”.   It was (and still is) up to you to decide whether to accept this ‘calling' (or not).    And it is up to you to start acting based on the ‘principles’ of the calling.  That is (1) to remain calm when moved from universe to universe spiritually should this ever happen to you (some of you have already experienced this - cfr. Statement of mr Stuart), (2) to live currently,   (3) to learn about the various universes, (4) to decide, when the time is right, to come out of the box and present yourself as a Soul to your neighborhood and (5) to start spreading the good news and also to warn for possible lethal aliens (there are several opposing parts to your role as Soul: ‘bringing the good news but also telling the truth about the risks and dangers’”

 

“As a matter of fact, it was important (and therefor excellent) that you discussed this kind of contacts with your general practitioner, psychologists, and even psychiatrists. This was (and still is) not because you are suffering from an illness, but because you needed assistance.  Assistance in understanding the purpose of your role.  These professionals (especially psychologists) can guide you through your transformation process, and help you in your personal conquest… which is being merely a little brick in the big wall of the so-called ‘conquest for World Peace… ‘, which is an idea that can only be achieved if and when all humans are ‘on board’!”

 

“Intercultural awareness, inter-religious understanding, the awareness that we are all  belonging to one earth/family of humans and the belief of the sustainability/survival of our species will bring us one big step closer to world/universal peace!  As such, we will prepare for the next phase: becoming a multi-planet species!  It is our belief at the OTO center, we should use our experience of going to Mars as a basis to visit Earth-like exoplanets (planet in another star-system) eventually. Even though skipping on going to Mars would have been better since we needed to bring all we required (food, equipment, etc.) to it in the initial phase.  We might as well (have) started the development of self-sustaining, interstellar, multi-generational spaceships that can travel to other star systems within our galaxy.”

 

“Since the Souls are in contact with Alien lifeforms, they accept their presence already. They will communicate with the Aliens and will sometimes be instructed by the aliens. Souls will bring the humans closer to the aliens and the other way around. This will be in all fields of life! Soon doctors and paramedici will learn how to help with the curing, supporting and guiding of Souls as well as aliens.  This will lead to an improvement in medical technology on Earth and Mars ! So we need to embrace the Souls as they will bring us one step closer to the aliens. We need to accept the presence of Aliens (in the universe) as well as Souls (on Earth and Mars) as soon as possible.  For this, will lead us to a better life on our planets in all its aspects: medical, business, sports, media, personal life, etc.”

 

“By striving for world peace, and liberty for all mankind, we will be better prepared for the true arrival of aliens. We have to view our planet as our fortress, which we will have to protect. We will have to accept the creation and existence of the Souls, and accept their role as alien negotiators. The Souls are being selected by the aliens from various walks of life and various professions. There are (and will be) businessmen, doctors, architects, scientists, linguists, priests, etc. selected throughout the selection process. And, these Souls will prepare the rest of the world for the gradual transformation. A transformation throughout which we will become a more advanced species. I believe the aliens will come in peace, but we need to also be prepared to accept the presence of aliens that might want to colonize us, or even destroy us with bad intentions. This may mean we need to prepare for war with ‘rogue’ alien species. (As will be explained by General Thurmond in the last presentation of today.”

 

After a brief break, the next presenter was introduced, professor Antonio Marquez, professor in interplanetary political sciences at The University of Los Angeles.  He started with stating the title of his presentation.  “Colonizing by the Aquarians and the road to peace:  Symbiotic leadership”

 

“First we need to agree on a classification of Civilizations.  As you may know, there was a Soviet Astronomer in the previous century who proposed a system of Alien Classification.  His name was Nikolai Kardashev.   He had 3 tier classification system based on the amount of energy a civilization can use.  

 

Type I civilization called the ‘Planetary Civilization’, since it can use and store all the energy available on its planet.

 

Type II civilization called the ’Stellar Civilization’: it can use and control energy at the planetary system (solar system).

 

Type III civilization called the ‘Galactic Civilization’: these aliens can control the energy if its entire host Galaxy system.

 

An expansion was made on this 

Type IV civilization called the ‘Universal Civilization’: they can control the energy of its entire host Universe.

Type V civilization called the ‘Multi-universal Civilization’; they can control energy on the scale of multiple universes and may be able to create universes.

 

Based on this classification system, Humanity was (and is still to be ) considered a Type Zero civilization, since we are still unable to use and store the energy of our home planet(s): Earth and Mars.”

 

“Now that we understand and agree on the various types and levels of civilizations with their description, we can move on towards the next topic, which is ‘How to create and preserve Peace on Planets Earth and Mars ?’  We will need to work together towards a more social and stable world!  We can do this each individually in our corner, and as a result, we will achieve great things together on a global level.  It will hopefully lead to a more symbiotic World.”

  

“In the end, I strongly believe, we all want the following: (1) to protect the environment so that future generations have a better life than ours on healthy planets ; (2) to protect humanity and evolve towards a multi-planet/multi-stellar/multi-galaxy species; (3) to protect planet Earth and Mars from external threats ; especially since it are currently our only homebases; (4) to develop and sign social contracts to ensure we are an asset for our neighborhood and the planets; (5) to develop a system of worldwide healthcare benefits for everyone to fight global healthcare threats such as pandemics (COVID-19, Monkeypox, ….) and other life-threatening diseases. (6) to develop a good educational system for all humans on planets Earth and Mars (7) we ought to avoid damaging the lives of others through to individualistic profit gaining; (8) in the current state of the global politics with the increasing risk for another World War happening, it is healthy to worry…. Since if you worry about it, and prepare for any eventuality, then there is a great chance that you can avoid a bad outcome! (9) finally, we want World Peace.

 

I believe the following sequence is the one that will help us in our quest for a more social and stable world, much like the symbiotic leadership of the Aquarians, which was talked about in another presentation.

 

WORK - EARN - SHARE - INNER PEACE - GROWTH - SOCIAL RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR - REST - STAYING ZEN - WORK….

 

We saw the following facts at the beginning of the 21st century (mainly in the 2020s):

- The demise of the Western Civilization, led by World Leader USA

- Growth of the Chinese economy and the Chinese aspirations to becoming a new World Leader

- Polarization of societies with the risk of rise of dictatorships as we see extreme left/right take over politics in too many countries

- Imply (drugsmaffia, human trafficking, etc.)

- Lack of respect for other humans and individuality

- Demise of nature (ecosystems disappearing,....)

- Climate change

- Global warming (and the inaction towards it.... dangerous for the next generations)

- Lack of Global Strategy (UN has too little power and means to decide and assist in the resolution of many global problems: famine, drought, poverty, trafficking, threat of wars, etc....)

- Lack of a real Global Protection Force

     

“To avoid catastrophe (in the form of one or more of the 5 types of war) on planet Earth, we need to ensure a good dialogue in the United Nations or in a new Global Management Organization that ensures the global problems are tackled globally, while at the same time considering local differences and aspirations.  But how do we even begin?  It sounds great to say 'Solving problems globally and preparing for the next phase of human existence' but who will do this and how and when ?”

 

“The preconditions for solving problems on a global level are to my opinion : 

(1) Global Peace : this should not be so difficult to achieve once we have a common purpose like protecting Earth and Mars against a common enemy.

(2) Global communication network : this already exists in the form of the internet ; now we need to ensure everyone is connected to this technology by the end of the decade (the 2060s)

(3) The willingness to evolve and change:  this requires ‘GOOD POLITICS’ and a social contract on local and even personal level that is signed by all humans at the age of 18 (adulthood)”

 

“What are the most important categories of Global issues or challenges in the world currently (which need to be tackled globally)?

(1) ECONOMIC : famine, poverty, etc

(2) MEDICAL: pandemics, etc

(3) NATURE: global warming, climate change, drought, etc.

(4) CULTURAL/RELIGIOUS: need for more cooperation and finding a common ground

(5) INTERPERSONAL: tackle problems like ‘individualization’ through interconnectivity (positive use of social networks in real life, using the internet as the right tool to achieve this)”

 

“We need to Manage these global issues on a global level (central leadership in the UNITED NATIONS or a new Global Organization: the United Global Government) and act upon them on a local level (country and regional governments)

We may need a new Global Governance Structure based on hyper-democracy through internet voting / referendums / discussions / etc

Preferably, the governance of the planet ought to be CENTRALIZED in a global entity - The UNITED GLOBAL GOVERNMENT based somewhere in the middle of civilizations/geographically/religiously... Istanbul, Türkiye one planet Earth, 

and in One of the settlement habitats on Planet Mars (….).”

 

“Decision-making on local government level with upstream and downstream effects

 

- upstream: in and towards the UNITED GLOBAL GOVERNMENT

- downstream: on country, province/state, county and town/city level

     

Any global matters ought to be managed globally and acted upon locally

Any local matters/issues ought to be managed locally and coordinated/monitored globally !”

 

“The ‘people' of planets Earth and Mars will and should be allowed to vote for

(1) a Planetary leadership (through internet voting)

(2) Referendums local and global (through internet voting)

(3) Local governments (country, province/state, country, town/city….) remain to be organized locally”

 

“And the 'people' of Earth and Mars can hold everyone who is elected (politicians...) accountable through the voting (in the next legislative voting period).   Maybe even a result-based remuneration system should be developed and voted in the elected bodies….   This way we will further assure ‘Good Politics’.   We therefor need to make sure more people are connected (thru the internet) and that no one is left behind (education and access to technology)!”

 

 

The before last presenter of the day is prof. John Hope of the University of Oxford and deals about ‘Life in the Multiverse’.

 

He begins his presentation with the key questions every human asks him or herself regularly, “What is Life ?” , “What is the purpose of life”,  “What could my future life look like ?” And, can I realistically choose my future in this complex Universe ?”

 

“There are many answers to these questions depending on the “lens” you put on!   The three main theories about life are (1) ‘Life is a Chemical Machine’ (The Mechanical approach) ; (2) ‘Life is a Self-organizing Process’ (the Organic approach) and (3) ‘Life is a creator of Reality’ (the Biocentric approach).   Let’s discuss each of these approaches at length…”

 

“The Mechanical approach assumes that life is a state of matter  characterized by the ability to process energy (Metabolism), maintain an internal balance (Homeostasis), and pass on a digital code (DNA). Every human is a collection of of 68 molecular building blocks (nucleic acids, proteins, glycans and lipids).   This theory claims that life is a ‘lucky event’ in a cold, indifferent universe.   When the ‘machine’ stops (death) then the ‘life’ disappears because it was only the result of parts working together.   This could be seen as The ‘Clockwork’ universe.   This is the theory that dominated the Western science since the Enlightenment.  It views the universe and all biological entities as complex machines governed strictly by physical laws.   Everything can be explained but the arrangement and motion of parts.  There is no ‘life force’ ; there Is only chemistry and physics?   This theory rejects ‘purpose’ in nature.   It argues that a heart beats because of muscle contraction and electrical pulses, not because it ‘wants’ to keep an organism alive.”

 

“In the Organic approach, by contrast, life is not a _thing_ (like a machine), but a _behavior _of the whole.  Life is therefor considered an ‘emergent property’ of complex systems.   It is like the music you play on the radio ; you can’t find the music in the different wires, only in their specific arrangement.  A human is a ‘bubble of life’ within a larger ecosystem.   You have to react, evaluate and evolve in response to the environment : you are therefore defined by your relationships.  The universe is more like a growing organism than a ticking clock, and a human is a vital cell in that cosmic body.  This is a ’Systems approach.  It is a theory that holds the middle ground between strict Mechanism and the old-school Vitalism.  You cannot understand a living thing by just looking at its atoms.   The ‘whole is greater than its parts’.    Life is to be considered an ‘emergent property’ of complex organization.   Whereas the mechanist sees a cell as a bag of chemical reactions, the organicist sees a self-organizing system where the parts exist for the whole.   Organisms are to be considered actively maintaining their boundaries and internal environment, and not to be considered passive machines.   Humans have a specific role in the whole organic system.”

 

“‘Life is the Creator of Reality’ is the Biocentric answer to the question ‘What is the Universe ?’ : Life (or a specific consciousness) is the fundamental force that brings the universe into existence.  A human is therefore to be considered the ‘Observer’ that collapses quantum possibilities into a physical reality.  Space and time are not ‘containers’ you live in ; they are tools your mind uses to organize information.  Life is, according to this theory, the foundation of everything.  Without the biological process of perception, the stars, the galaxies, and the laws of physics would only exist as a blur of probability.  This is the ‘Consciousness-First’ theory.  It was first proposed primarily by dr Robert Lanza (….).  He suggested that biology and consciousness are fundamental to the universe, rather than just accidental byproducts of physics.  He claimed that the universe does not exist independently of the observer.  Without a conscious mind to perceive it, space and time are only ‘tools of the mind’.  In essence, it turns over the logic pertained by the mechanist.  Universe does not determine Consciousness, it is the other way around: ‘Consciousness -\> Life -\> Universe’ Particles only take a definite form when observed! ”

 

“As a conclusion to these three theories, ‘life is the universe’s way of experiencing itself’:   

- Biochemically, life is to be understood as the arrangement of carbon or silicon that allows energy to be harnessed.

- Philosophically, life is the transition from ‘dead matter’ to an ‘aware being’

- Cosmically, life is the spark that turns a collection of atoms into a story.

 

Whether you are a carbon-based human on Earth or a plasma-based entity in a distant star, ‘Life is the act of turning the ‘Abiotic’ (water, light,  air soil, rocks, radiation, …) into the ‘Biotic’ (meaning and experience).’ Whereby Abiotic is the environment in which the living things (biotic) operate.”** 

“There is a clear conflict between Reductionism (Mechanism) and Holism (Organicism and Biocentrism).  Whereas the Reductionists believe that if you break a radio down intuits smalles screws and wires, you have explained the music,  Organicist argue that the “music” is a property in the radio’s specific arrangement, and the Biocentrist proclaim that the ‘music’ only exist because there is an ear there to hear it (observation).”

 

“Focussing on Holism : Organicism and Biocentrism, the universe is a coherent, interconnected whole.  You cannot understand the ‘parts’ without understanding the ‘living system’ they belong to.”​

In the last presentation, General Thurmond of the US Space Force gave an extensive overview of the most important aliens that have been seen in the Vivid dreams of the clients/patients of the OTO center.”

 

He began by introducing a new classification system: levels X0 through X15; whereby level X0 is humanity and level X15 is the highest possible level within Type V civilizations, as described by Kardashev.   Each of the aliens that has been seen in the dreams fits within this new classification system and is either a type FUPD: ‘Friendly to humans Until Proven Differently’ or CDFH: ‘Considered Dangerous For Humanity”.  This is based on the assumed intentions the various types of Aliens have in the ‘Xn’ Classification system.

 

“If we start with the Aquarians, they are a Level X8, FUPD, Kardashev Scale Type III civilization, and come from the Novaria Galaxy, more specifically from the planet Aquaria Nova, circling the twin star system Novaria A and B. Their world is a Water World with Three moons.  They are 100% biological, and they have symbiotic parliamentary political system….  They occupy several planets in the Novaria Galaxy and recently discovered our Solar System.  And are the aliens that are using ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ to warn and guid humanity for dangerous type X10 through X12 aliens (Kardashev Scale type IV civilizations).

 

The type X6 aliens the Aquarians have colonized in the Novaria Galaxy are known as the Duopoles, the Blue Dragons and the Flying Waders.  All three are a level  X6 aliens with FUPD characteristics.   

 

The level X10 Aliens are the Vega from the Victa -X galaxy… They are 100% biological, their political system is a dictatorship, and they are considered dangerous for humanity (CDFH).   

 

The level X12 aliens are the Tritians (from the Tritian Galaxy) the Gamma’s (from the Gamma-Phi galaxy) and the Adrians (from the Andromeda Galaxy).  All of which are a Type IV civilization in the Kardashev Scale, and are considered dangerous for humanity.

 

Thus far we haven’t seen any level X1 through X5, Type I civilizations or X13 through X15, type V civilizations in the ‘Ghosting Phantasm’ dreams….”
