It is the summer of 2050 in Chicago, United States, and mr Stuart is on his way to the OTO (Out of The Ordinary) center.  He is overthinking his experiences and what he is going to report to his psychiatrist, dr Felicia Anastasia.  A few moments later, the taxi drives on a lane towards the OTO Center, a modern age psychiatric center.  It is a massive and modern hospital specialized in out of the ordinary experiences. The taxi arrives at the building and a serviceman from the Hospital opens the door with ‘welcome to the OTO psychiatric sanctuary, my name is Richard.  Shall I carry your baggage, sir ?’  Richard, brings mr Stuart to the hospital entrance, while carrying his rather heavy suitcase.  At the entrance of the first pavilion of the OTO center, the hospital director, prof. .dr Andrea Knowing is waiting and greets him with an awkward smile.  She begins with the following statement: ‘I understand from the initial analysis at the Greater Chicago Psychiatric Center that you have had special experiences the past couple of decades. It is our speciality to analyse these kinds of experiences, and hence you are very welcome at our center.  Don’t hesitate to contact me during your stay in case you have any questions or special requirements.  I am the head psychiatrist of the hospital and I will be overviewing your case.  Richard will bring you to your pavilion suite.’

 

The center has 75 decentralized independent luxury pavilion suites in the forest.  Apart from that, it has several medical, paramedical and entertainment pavilions, all of which are interconnected by transparent pathways through which people can move themselves around “the campus” in transportation pods, which can seat up to four persons.  The facility is managed by about 2000 people consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing teams, therapists, etc. They serve the best meals possible, and every pavilion is like a large ultra-modern hotel suite with a bedroom, a living room and a very well-equipped bathroom and a small kitchen.  The price for a psychiatric analysis and treatment proposed by this center is between 100,000 and 150,000 dollars for the four-week duration.  Only the rich or those with an excellent insurance can allow themselves this kind of treatment. 

 

Mister Stuart thanks dr Knowing and follows Richard to one of the transportation pods, which will bring them to his pavilion suite. The pavilion is, like all other 74 secluded cabins or large suites, located in the middle of the forest.  Each suite boasts expansive, floor-to-ceiling smart glass walls that offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of the surrounding forest. Automated blackout and privacy screens provide complete seclusion when desired. Private, screened outdoor meditation decks or courtyards extend from each suite, allowing direct immersion in nature.  Advanced AI-driven systems personalize the ambient environment. This includes: Circadian Lighting (Dynamic LED lighting systems that precisely mimic natural daylight cycles, supporting healthy sleep-wake rhythms) ; Subtly integrated sound systems that generate personalized, therapeutic soundscapes, from gentle forest ambiences to specific binaural beats for relaxation or focus. Noise-canceling technology ensures ultimate tranquility.  Apart from that, there is an automated air purification and filtration systems to maintain pristine air quality, complemented by subtle, therapeutically chosen natural essential oil diffusion (e.g., lavender for relaxation, citrus for invigoration).

 

Each of the pavilions is equipped with Dream Analysis systems, including:

Non-Invasive Biometric Sleep Monitors ; Neural Interface for Dream Capturing ; Voice-Activated Dream Journaling: Patients can verbally narrate their dreams upon waking, and the system intelligently transcribes, tags, and categorizes the content for later review with their dream analyst ; Personalized Dream Interpretation AI (An advanced AI assistant, "Oneiros”) which offers preliminary symbolic interpretations and cross-references dream content with a vast database of human archetypes, psychological theories, and, uniquely, a growing repository of potential alien encounter symbology. This is always a tool for the human analyst, not a replacement.

 

Apart from this, there are several luxurious amenities in the pavilions: High-end, custom-designed furniture made from sustainable materials, integrated entertainment and communication systems (with privacy protocols), a personal hydration and nutrition station, and a private, spa-like bathroom with smart fixtures and hydrotherapy options.  The small kitchen has the best  equipment possible for heating pre-cooked meals….  

 

The central or arrival pavilion includes a front desk and many suites where patients are examined on their second day during the stay at the OTO center.  It also has a large ‘Atrium’ which can seat about 600 people, and which is used to give patient’s briefings, medical study lectures and other important presentations in the field of ‘dream analysis’.  

 

The OTO center has various medical and paramedical pavilions:_The ‘Cortex’ pavillion,_ which is the Neuro diagnostic and Research hub of the OTO center.   It includes Advanced Neuro-imaging Suites, Genomic & Epigenetic Labs (State-of-the-art facilities for personalized psychiatric treatment based on individual genetic and environmental profiles), Neuromodulation & BCI Labs (Research and application of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), deep brain stimulation (DBS), and other non-invasive brain modulation therapies, often enhanced with virtual reality experiences) ; _The ‘Nexus’ pavillion_, the Psychotherapy & Counseling Center.  It has the following elements:  Individual & Group Therapy Pods, Experiential Therapy Studios and Family & Couples Counseling Suites. The ‘Synapse’ pavillion_ known for its Psychiatric Pharmacology & Neurochemistry activities, which includes a Personalized Pharmaco-genomics Clinic and apart from that, several Neurochemical Balancing Labs.  And, finally, _the ‘Oneiros’ pavillion_, which is the core activity of the OTO center, it is the Dream Analysis & Exoconsciousness Studies Institute:  it has numerous Dedicated Dream Analysis Consultation Rooms: Equipped with large, interactive holographic displays to review recorded dream narratives, neurophysiological data, and AI-generated thematic analyses.   Apart from that, it has a couple of Exoconsciousness Research Labs: Specialized units for exploring the potential influence of extraterrestrial contact on human consciousness and dream states, employing advanced pattern recognition algorithms and cross-cultural myth analysis. This is where the core "alien encounter" dream analysis occurs.  This pavilion also includes many Phenomenology & Interpretation Hubs: Collaborative spaces for multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, neurologists, anthropologists, futurists, astropsychologists) to discuss and interpret complex dream narratives.

 

To complete the OTO Center it has several other pavilions:  The ‘Vitality’ pavilion_ for Wellness & Holistic Therapies: it has Mindfulness & Meditation Studios (Serene spaces designed for guided meditation, often overlooking natural water features or serene gardens), Hydrotherapy & Sensory Gardens (Therapeutic pools, flotation tanks, and sensory deprivation chambers, coupled with dedicated outdoor "sensory gardens" stimulating all five senses) and Movement & Physiotherapy Zones (State-of-the-art gyms and movement studios with integrated biofeedback, opening to outdoor exercise areas).  _The ‘entertainment’ pavillion_ which includes a bowling alley, some music Karaoke studies and a couple of small movie theaters ; And then there is the _Library and learning pavillion_: A serene, digital and physical library offering access to vast knowledge resources, workshops, and lectures.

 

After a little while, dr Felicia Anastasia arrives at mr Stuart’s pavilion and rings at the front door.  ‘Enter’ replies mr Stuart, after which the sliding door of the pavilion opens and an old lady enters.  Dr. Anastasia introduces herself, ‘I am Felicia Anastasia, a psychiatrist with 20 years experience in the field of dream analysis’ and she proposes to start with the initial analysis phase.  Mr. Stuart replies with ‘yes, why not. That is what I am here for, right ?’.  Mr. Stuart starts talking about the dreams and indicates that these have been coming back regularly during the past twenty-five years.  Dr. Anastasia replies with several questions to find out more details on these dreams: ‘How often have you had these dreams in the past year?  Did you use sleep medication, prescribed by the doctors at the Greater Chicago Psychiatric Center (GCPC)?  Do you see the same creatures/species every-time you have these kinds of dreams?  Or, are there different kinds of species in the various (but similar) dreams over the past decades?  When was your last dream like this?  Etc.’

 

After answering these questions, doctor Anastasia tells mr Stuart that his dream experiences are what we call in psychiatry ‘Ghosting Phantasms’.  This could mean that you may be in contact with a different kind of species, and that they are trying to tell you something throughout these ‘phantasmic dreams’.  Which species, and what they are telling you, will be analysed/verified during your stay of two weeks at our OTO center.  Because we want to rule out that these dreams are a product of your personal imagination, and to confirm my initial diagnosis, we will run a few psychological tests today. Dr. Anastasia leaves the room, and after a couple of minutes she returns with the remark: ‘Mr. Bird, a PhD in psychology specialized in the field of ‘Ghosting phantasms’ will be with you in a short while, and he will run the tests with you.  I will speak with you at the end of the day to see how we will proceed with the analysis of the out of the ordinary experiences you are having.’`  

 

`After half an hour, someone else rings at the door of Mr. Stuart’s pavilion.  Mr. Stuart opens the sliding door with the simple instruction ‘enter’,  and greets mr Bird, who introduces himself: ‘Hello! I am John Bird, your psychologist for today.’  Mr. Bird indicates to mr Stuart to follow him to the Oneiros pavilion.  They use a transportation pod  that brings them to the desired location….   As the pod moves through the transparent corridors of the OTO center, they pass other transportation pods which are carrying other clients/patients.  Mr. Stuart asks ‘do or did they all have special experiences like me?‘ Mr. Bird replies ‘I can’t tell you that, it is part of our service to keep each other’s experiences private.  However, it is your right to talk to the other clients yourself, and share your experiences during your stay…..’

 

Having arrived at the examination quarters in the Oneiros Pavilion, mr Stuart is slightly nervous but excited at the same time.  “In this session, we will use hypnosis to have a first indication if your dreams are ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ or not.  Are you ready ?”.  Mr. Stuart answers affirmatively.  Mr. Bird brings his client under hypnosis and begins his analysis.  After a while, and after having been asked a few dozen questions, mr Stuart is brought back to the real world.  ‘This is sufficient for today’, says mr Bird.

 

Mr. Stuart is brought back to his pavilion, where a meal awaits him.  After his lunch, he examines the computer on the desk in the living room of his suite. He finds out that he has access to the analysis of his first session, which he had that morning with mr Bird.  As he starts reading the report, he is fascinated by what the psychologist has written down.  The last sentence of the report is very fascinating to mr Stuart: ‘we will confront the client with his description in a VR environment.

 

After a while, dr Anastasia rings at the front door of the pavilion of mr Stuart’s suite. “Hello this is dr Anastasia, are you there mr Stuart?  May I come in? “ ; “Yes, I am here, please do enter.”  They start a conversation about the first session that very morning. Dr. Anastasia says we discovered quite a lot of information from this first analysis and I can say that your dreams are indeed ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ ,and not a creation of your imagination with an error margin of less than 0.1%. So we will continue our analysis and hopefully find out more useful information. It is important to keep what we have discovered and described in the report (that is available to you) a secret for the time-being.  She continues… “Tomorrow, a General of the US Space Force will come to the Center and talk to several of our clients about their experiences.  Are you willing to have a conversation with this General ?”  Mr. Stuart replies by saying, “Wow, I really have to think this through as I don’t want any trouble with the US Defense department.  What is the purpose of the visit of this General ?” ; “It is his feeling that quite a few humans are being contacted by aliens in the same way as you are, and he wants to have a better idea of what the possibilities for an invasion are at this very moment. Don’t worry, this whole matter is a secret, and it will be treated with the utmost discretion until we are allowed to publish any of it in scientific papers. So, I propose you think about it and let us know your availability for that conversation with the US Space Force General by tomorrow morning. Do you agree ?”  He replies affirmatively.

 

The next morning, mr Stuart is showering as someone rings at the front door of his pavilion suite.  He steps out of the shower and put on his bathrobe. He walks in his bedroom and replies, ‘yes, who’s there ?’.  A nurse replies, “I am here with your breakfast mr Stuart, may I come in ?” Mr. Stuart: “yes, please do come in”.  A few moments later he sits at his desk, consuming his breakfast as he reads the latest news tweets while the TV channel was producing images from Inter planetary News Network (INN). The main topics in the news bulletin were global warming and the different disasters that were ongoing in the world: forest fires in Australia, California, and Parts of Europe ; Volcano Eruptions in Indonesia and Iceland ; Rapidly melting of ice in Greenland and the rising sea levels across the globe. Apart from that, there was a quasi direct connection with he SpaceForce colony on Mars which showed the latest develops of the three big Martian cities that have so far been built: Mars Acid, Mars Forest and Mars Ocean. Referring to the various ecological, industrial and scientific processes being developed in each of these three cities. Later on, there will be an interview with a SpaceForce colony expert about the plans, with the fourth and fifth cities yet to be built. He will view more on this topic on the YouTube channel later on, after the therapy of the day. As he reflects on this news, mr Stuarts’ thoughts go towards the speed at which things have developed over the past 25 years, from the first Mars Landing by the SpaceForce Martian Lander in 2025 to the space cities.

After he finishes his breakfast, he gets a visit from dr Anasthasia. She tells him that as from that evening they will examine his sleep and try to capture the dreams he is having. Mr. Stuart is fascinated by the technological advances in the field of dream capturing. Dr. Anastasia continues by explaining that they will introduce mr Stuart to the Virtual Reality department of the OTO center.  ‘You will be shown a virtual reality experience of the first analysis related to the Vega, and you will be asked to answer a list of questions during and after this VR experience. It may be a bit demanding at first for your brain. I suggest you take some rest before and after the experience. In the late afternoon, General Thurmond from the US Space Force will pay you a visit.  That is, if you are willing to see him’.  Mr. Stuart responds affirmatively, and the meeting is added to his schedule.

 

​After an hour or so, Mr. Stuart is brought to the VR rooms of the Oneiros pavilion.   Here is confronted with his first description of Aliens in a very vivid VR environment, which was constructed based on not only his experience but also the ones of the other clients of the OTO center.

 

The VR movie titled ‘Description of the Vega’ is being played in his headset as the narrator describes to mr Stuart about the Vega and their habitat.  The Vega are aliens from the star system ‘Osaris' in the Galaxy ‘Victa-X’.  The main characteristics of the Vega are as follows;  They are 100% biological. They resemble humans, with some noticeable differences. They connect with nature both physically and telepathically. The Vega connect telepathically with animals and with other Vega.  When the Vega become emotionally sensitive, their skin changes colour. (e.g., their regular color is yellow but if angry they turn red and if in a state of extreme relaxation they turn green).  On their hands they have six fingers and on their feet they have 4 toes.  To digest food (mainly vegetables, but also fruits and insects) they have a double stomach.  They speak Vegorian, and live on three (out of 7) planets in their star-system.  They live harmoniously and their ‘political’ system is hyper-democratic (everyone has a say in major decisions) and nature-oriented (to preserve the nature on the three planets they occupy in the ‘Osaris’ system). The three planets containing life of this Star system are called Vega-X, Vega-Y and Vega-Z.  The four other planets were not named by the client.  Vega -X is the closest of the three to the twin stage system and is a world of vibrant ochre and crimson.  Its continents are vast plateaus of red rock, punctuated by deep, emerald-green jungles where the Vega reside in telepathic harmony with giant, feathered beasts.  Vega-Y, the "Sister World." It is a jewel of turquoise oceans and floating fungal islands. In the simulation, Stuart sees massive Vega "Air-Cities" tethered to the ground by living bio-vines.  And then there is Vega-Z, furthest and coldest. It is a world of perpetual twilight, lit by the blue glow of Osaris Beta. The Vega here live in bioluminescent crystal caverns that amplify their telepathic signals across the planet.  

 

The combined population of Vega-X, Vega-Y and Vega-Z is 15 Billion Vega. These planets each have two moons and their gravitational systems interact with each other. The view from each of these three habitable planets is rather spectacular, as described by the client during the session. The Osaris star system is a twin star system.  The Vega are very-developed/intelligent species that have spaceships with which they explore the universe. Their fleet consists of tens of thousands of spaceships running on N-engines, which use a fuel that is called Nion.

 

The Vega apparently recently visited our star system and analysed the characteristics of our planet. They came up with the following findings: small planet, only planet that can sustain life in this star system, the planet seems to be overcrowded, chaotic planetary leadership structure with several ‘political’ differences between the geographic areas of the planet. The species, humans, eat their animals and don’t seem to be communicating telepathically between themselves or between them and their animals.  They don’t connect to nature the same way we do. The main assets on the planet are : oil, gold, diamond, ….  And Nion!   Nion is very valuable and highly explosive, and it is used in the interstellar and intergalactic spaceships of the Vega. It seems as if the humans have not discovered the Nion that is on their planet. It is present in abundance in inhabitable areas of what humans call Asia, Australia and Africa, as well as under the ocean called the Pacific. Furthermore, it appears to us that the humans are not ready to be colonized just yet. They are a type X0 civilization living on a planet they call ‘earth’ in what they call the ‘solar system’ of ‘the Milky-Way galaxy’. But there is a danger to their existence! The planet is suffocating under ecological problems and the humans could become extinct within the next 100 earth years if nothing is done about demographical issues, global warming, climate change and the global political instability (multiple wars are ongoing on this planet).

 

During the VR session, mr Stuart noted that, similar to the Navi in the movie series Avatar, the Vega can connect to their animals and steer the animals’ movement/behavior with impulses from their brains. New and different from the Navi is that the Vega can also communicate telepathically with each other. This ability is an asset, and it can be transplanted to other species, which they colonize and help evolve. From what I can tell, the Vega seem to be a type X10 civilization. There is an intergalactic war ongoing between the Vista-X-ors (among them the Vega from Osaris) and the Andrians (from the Andromeda Galaxy).  There is a risk of this intergalactic war spilling over to other galaxies, e.g., the Milky Way. And Earth could be attacked… based on the input received from the client.

 

The Vega want to prepare the humans for colonization and evolution to at least level X5 civilization as long as they can get hold of the Nion which they need for their spaceships.  The Vega have developed a bio-chip that can be implanted in humans in order for the humans to communicate telepathically with each other and with the Vega. It is important that all humans get this implant and that they get the necessary training within the first two years after the start of the colonization.   The Stuart continued to explain during the VR session…. With a possible scenario, whereby the Vega have already started to prepare humans for their arrival to Earth and the subsequent colonization.  He said that the plan of the Vega consists of Ten phases: In the current phase (phase 0) the Vega have identified several humans, that can help prepare humanity for the invasion, and colonization by the Vega. The Vega indicate that they come in peace and are here to protect our planet, our civilization, and help us evolve to the next level so that we might be ready in case other (less peaceful) aliens arrive to planet earth.

 

After the VR session, the VR specialist and the dream therapist noted: we need to be aware of the possibility that the Vega have bad intentions given their need for the Nion as described by the client.  They could be a Trojan horse species which we need to avoid letting in.  There is a need for further investigation during subsequent sessions.  We will, based on the physical description of the Vega, make a model of them and present them to the client in a VR environment which simulates the planets of the Osaris and its twin stars. We will simulate the flight through that star system and ask the client to help us perfect this simulation. Later on, it can be transmitted to the US Space Force for future reference….  And, it can eventually be used by the US Space Navy as an analysis tool in the long-run.  Our threat analysis is therefor as follows: The Vega seem to be a Medium to High-level threat to Humanity.

 

During some discussion between the Therapist, VR Specialist and mr Stuart ; following the VR experience, they agreed to add a theoretical note to the report of the VR session.  A note on how an invasion and colonization scenario could work in then possible phases:

Phase 0 Preparation of the world for the invasion by aliens (the Vega)

Phase 1 a Virus (bioweapon) is released on Earth by the aliens in preparation of the colonization

Phase 2 the Arrival of Aliens

Phase 3 the Colonization of Earth by aliens starts

Phase 4 the Education, Spaceship building, earth defense, etc

Phase 5 space war (aliens fight a battle on Earth and in the Solar system ... for the power on Earth)

Phase 6 level x10 or higher aliens win and Re-educate humans and prepare for Interstellar and intergalactic travel

Phase 7 humans and aliens cooperate on Earth and in the rest of the universe as humans accept that they are not the most intelligent life-form in the universe

Phase 8 humans are upgraded (genetic manipulation) to help in the defense of the alien alliance, called the Union'

Phase 9 next level space defensive and offensive technology is developed by aliens and humans on Earth and on other colonized planets

In the afternoon, and after a very satisfying lunch, Mr. Stuart was brought to a meeting room in the Entrance pavilion.  There he met with General Thurmond of the US Space Force.  After introducing themselves to each other, mr Stuart and General Thurmond signed a few important ‘secrecy’ related documents, as the nature of the topic of their conversation was going to be very confidential for now.   ‘Now that the paperwork is done, we can start our conversation’ said General Thurmond.  He continued, ‘I would like to thank you for your visit to the OTO center and for the sharing of the valuable information, which you have been sharing thus far.   It is my feeling that, given the input from other clients/patients, of which you will get additional information during a series  of presentations during the second week of your stay, we may be on to something significant here.’  Mr. Stuart replied, ’It is not me you should thank, it is the very existence of the aliens that have mad experience these ‘Ghosting Phantasms’ that you should thank at a later stage’.  The General replied, ‘The Aquarians are exceptional species indeed.   Thanks to them and the witnesses of their dreams, that will be able to create some valuable protocols and defense measures in relation to other species that have less positive to very negative intentions towards humanity.’ Their conversation continued on some very specific and secret military related defense mechanisms.  After their two hours long fruitful conversation, the two men parted each other and mr Stuart was brought back to his luxury pavilion suite.

 

After this busy day, mr Stuart is in great need of a good night’s rest.  A nurse rings at the pavilion and says, “I’m Sylvia, I am here to switch on the sleep analysis equipment which is incorporated in your bed”.  “Please do enter” says mr Stuart.  After entering a few codes on a screen in the bedroom she indicates to mr Stuart “The specialists will monitor your sleep during the night, and they will give an update in the morning. Have a great night and enjoy your dreams, mr Stuart”.  Mr. Stuart replies with “Thank you” and goes to sleep once the nurse has left his room. In the sleep analysis department, the specialists monitor the sleep of four patients that night. After a while, the specialist see things appearing on their screen and are fascinated by what they see.  These are different creatures/species than the ones they saw from the video on the initial analysis done by mr Bird. They see green aliens, and they write down what mr Stuart is mumbling during his sleep ‘Andrians’ they are called, apparently. The specialists start to log everything they see and hear from the sleep monitoring equipment of mr Stuart. These ‘green’ aliens could well be arriving to planet Earth very soon…. They come from a distant Galaxy. Currently, they are traveling in their intergalactic spaceships, of which they got a clear description by mr Stuart in the dream presented on their monitors. The landing could take place with landing drones at various airports and open fields…. At least 150 locations across the world will see these landing drones.

 

Conclusions to the report by the sleep analysis specialists: 

The Andrians appear to be very lethal aliens! If they are really coming to earth, then we need to prepare immediately. We need to put the military on alert and ask the monitoring organizations following space activity outside earth to be on high alert level as well.

 

Our advice is, “Don’t attack these aliens upon their arrival! Because they bring a dangerous biological weapon called the ‘anamicrome’”. These are small bat-like creatures, the size of a human hand, that can mask themselves (become invisible) and they can sense fear. Once these creatures are released by the aliens (the Adrian’s) we are screwed. The biological set-up of the anamicrome is as follows: Two bat-like wings with a body in the middle…. Red eyes and sharp teeth. The real danger is in the wings…. From which it can shoot little projectiles with a poison! This poison can kill humans instantly…. The Andrians don’t come in peace…. They don’t come to colonize humans, they come to kill and consume us and steal our planet and its resources!  Most likely they are looking to take our Nion resources (which they may need for the N-engines on their spacecraft)

 

Conclusion: The Andrians pose an extremely high level of threat to humanity. We need to act now to protect our species, our planet, and our future! We need global cooperation to protect ourselves against these Andrians and their Anamicrome! No chaos will help us in this situation. No infighting or power-play will help us with this struggle to survive. We have each other, and we have to develop the right global interspecies army (as a branch of the SpaceForce) and technology to defend ourselves.   If we don’t prepare now, we will certainly (100% chance) be defeated, killed and consumed!  These are real devourers. The possible arrival of the Andrians poses an existential threat to Humanity.

 

Main questions we can think of currently: How do we prepare? How do we survive? What do we need to do now, tomorrow, next year and thereafter? We require a manual on how to deal with this kind of ‘high-level threat’ aliens….

 

These are the questions that need to be answered by the experts in various fields of expertise (…..) as soon as possible.

 

For simplicity, we added a picture of a bat to the report to give you an impression…. But, mind you, the Anamicrome are a lot smaller and very dangerous!  As you will see in the recording of the dream….  They are a human killer! We even saw images of humans being consumed in some sort of fest by these aliens (Andrians). So the possibility of humans becoming consumption material for aliens is not a far-fetched story anymore (anno 2050).

 

 

After a while, the monitor turns to regular statistics of a normal sleep. “ The patient seems less agitated and is having a relatively calm sleep compared to during the out of the ordinary dream about the Andrians “, writes the specialist in the report.  (…)

 

The next morning, mr Stuart is introduced to a Psychiatrist whom is a specialist in extraterrestrials, dr Tomas Vyncke. Dr. Vyncke explains to mr. Stuart that what he saw during this dream is rather interesting, but at the same time, very disturbing. “If what you dreamt is our future, then we need to prepare very soon! We have a contract with a company specialized in experimental sleep/dream medication, and, we would like to administer it to you at the beginning of night for the next five nights. This will hopefully help us to further analyse these Andrian aliens. Would you like to cooperate with this ?” Mr. Stuart replies, “I am more than willing to help out with the analysis of these creatures and take this sleep/dream medication.  What are the known side effects of this medication thus far? Since when is it available, and what is the long-term perspective of this medication?” Dr. Vyncke manages to answer these questions, takes away the concerns of mr Stuart, and they agree to start the next phase of the analysis as of the next night.  

 

Given the severity of the dream the previous night, the OTO center contacted the US Space Force again and the General is back at the center for a conversation with mr Stuart and dr Vyncke  (….)

On the beginning of the second week, mr Stuart was invited to the OTO center’s meeting room for a presentation on the Aquarians. Dr. Anasthasia and mr Bird were the presenters of this keynote presentation.   Other clients/patients were present, as well as several military personnel from the USA Space Force.   Dr. Anathasia started by thanking all the participants and began her presentation with a little VR video about the Aquarians habitat, Aquaria Nova.   The participants were amazed by what was shown to them:

First part of the presentation is titled: “The planet Aquaria Nova an introduction”  

​

In the Novaria galaxy, there exists a twin star system Nova Spheria A/B with eight planets.   One of these planets is a water world called Aquaria Nova.  

Aquaria nova is twice the size of our planet, Earth, and is one big ocean.

The atmosphere is much like on our planet earth and its composition looked as follows (excluding water vapor) in comparison with planet Earth:

The acidity of the ocean is 8.3 pH (vs 8.1 on planet Earth)

There are a lot of under-water-world-villages and cities both floating in the ocean or built on the surface of the ocean called ‘Aquaticas’

Apart from that, there are approximately 70 large cities, on floating ‘islands’ on the ocean, called ‘Tristiques’.  The space cities circling the planet and the cities on the moons are called ‘Loci’.  (Locus : singular for space or moon city) 

The names of the moons are related to color of these moons at night’s sky over Aquaria Nova:  grey, red and yellow: Cinza, Vermelho and Amerelho

The life on planet Aquaria Nova is symbiotic….  Everyone knows his place in the Aquarians’ society and accepts his or her role towards the common goals of the Aquarians around the key principles: Peace, Prosperity and Progress.

 

There are various educational platforms on the planet that help youngsters develop into masters: masters of the planet, masters of the ocean, masters of space, etc. The Sapientes (similar to Professors on planet Earth) help with the development of the youngsters as well as the existence of a core intelligence system (much like our internet) as well as the telepathic and phantasmic abilities of the Aquarians. The youngsters learn through reading, communication and the development of their physical abilities (fighting, etc)

Based on a final exam in secondary school they receive a guidance towards their role in society after which their master program in the selected field is organized. On multiple occasions throughout the Aquarian year, youngsters become masters in a specific field. Once they have chosen their role in society, they remain in that role for the rest of the active life. There are mastery skill programs in which they can further develop their skills throughout life related to the changes on planets and spaceships on which they operate.

The society is otherwise very recognizable to our human societies with various functions: politicians (political Masters), businesses (business Masters), hospitals (Medical Masters), transportation systems (Logistics masters),  shops (Distribution Masters), restaurants (Culinary Masters), pubs (Entertainment Masters), physical development facilities (Physical development Masters), etc. For the creation of the various objects the Aquarians develop, materials are being mined both on the planets, on the moons and other celestial bodies that are found in the twin star system (…)

 

 The second part of the presentation is titled: “The life on planet Aquaria Nova” and was presented by mr Bird.

 

The Aquarians (citizens of Aquaria Nova) live partly under-water, partly on floating cities and partly on space cities circling the water world planet.  

 

A typical Aquarian year lasts 1536 days, this is the period by which the planet circles around the twin star system. It consists of 32 months each lasting 48 days (average turn of the moons around the planet is 48 days) ; each day on Aquaria Nova consists of 16 hours of 64 earth-like minutes of 60 seconds (…).  This gives you an idea of how time works on planet Aquaria Nova.

 

There are space exploring Aquarians living on spaceships and other planets (the so-called colonized planets).  

 

Apart from that, there are also inhabitants on the three moons circling Aquaria Nova: Cinzans, Vermelhans and Amerelhans.  The planet is managed by the Aquaria Nova government and parliament.  The seventy+ floating cities, the numerous underwater world villages and cities, as well as the space cities and spaceships have their individual management systems reporting to the ‘central’ Aquaria Nova leadership.

 

The Aquarians feed themselves with underwater world plants (Plantidas),  fish like creatures (Majosottos, Piccolos, Parvas and Pequenas) and other creatures (Serpens, Bucces, Squillas,… ) living in the oceans of the Water World.

 

The Aquarians managed to develop spaceships which look like the largest underwater world creatures living in the oceans of Aquaria Nova.  These creatures and spaceships are called the ‘Majosottos’…. They have been exploring the universe for over the past ten thousand years. They expect to one day come to our planet, ‘planet Earth’, and help us in various ways.

 

 

There is a relative ‘symbiotic’ peace on the planet Aquaria Nova and this is mainly realized through the government system : Symbiotic Parliamentary System. The Aquarians live in a symbiotic-way, denoting a mutually beneficial relationship between the various Aquarians within a city, spaceship, or the whole planet (…). The few conflicts on the various planets that have been discovered by the Aquarians are quickly resolved/managed with the support of the Aquaria Nova Protection Force. Only when encountering other species might there be a less peaceful situation which could lead to war. All depending on how the other species reacts to the encounter with the Aquarians. Aquarians are peaceful, they come in peace but will defend their position with all means necessary.

 

In the Majestic Library on planet Aquaria Nova the history of the Aquarians (for over 50,000 Aquaria Nova years) is well-preserved, and made available to the entirety of the Aquaria Nova society through an internet like system. The library is working in concert with the ‘Sapientes’, as explained by dr Anasthasia, these are old wise teachers who are responsible for the preparation of young Aquarians for their adult livelihoods.  

 

 

The third part of the presentation is titled ‘The physiology of the Aquarians and their Phantasmic capabilities’ and is presented by dr Vyncke

 

Aquarians have a height of between 180 and 210 cm

They have a special breathing system that resembles the one we see in sharks on planet Earth:  

While swimming or moving through the water they use ‘RAM Ventilation’ by which water is entering in the mouth and leaving the body through the gills.  In stationary breathing they use ‘Buccal Pumping’ by which they are gulping water through their mouth and letting it exit through the gills. In case they are close to the sand, they breathe through the spiracles on top of their head, similar to Woebegone sharks on planet earth. They also have lungs to breathe if they are in open air (outside the water) So, physiologically, they have a mouth, giles and spiracles on top of their head. Their head otherwise looks similar to the ones of humans, with eyes and ears….  

 

They have a brain which has Four Segments, called Quarters.  This is an entirely different type of brain compared to our human brain, which has two halves. The functions of the quarters in the Aquarian brain will be discussed in another presentation later in due course.  But, before, I will concentrate on the advanced communication skills of the Aquarians.

 

One of the key characteristics of the Aquarians is that they communicate in various forms: verbal, non-verbal, telepathic and phantasmic. Whereas verbal and non-verbal communication are familiar to humans, telepathic and phantasmic communication methods are totally new to us. Telepathic communication is brain to brain ‘verbal’ communication over short distances, like if you hear the other person talking even though they don’t produce sounds from their bodies (speech).  Phantasmic communication is brain to brain ‘visual and verbal’ communication over longer distances. This is especially helpful when encountering danger… To warn the other Aquarians about the incoming danger, visual phantasmic images will help the other Aquarians prepare for the specific dangers properly. Especially when encountering the Majosottos, and when at war with other species in the universe.

 

Their digestive system is similar to humans except for the first part of the system, which is shark-like.  They swallow their food whole or bite it into relatively large pieces (compared to the way we 'cut' food into smaller pieces with our teeth).   They have a rather short esophagus and a U shaped stomach with two exits.  In the stomach, strong acids dissolve the large pieces of food into a soupy mush which exits the stomach towards the small intestines…  From there, the process of digestion is similar to that of humans, with bile, pancreas and special enzymes and other digestive enzymes in the inner wall of the small intestines to help further breakdown of the digestible food.  The second exit of the stomach is for exiting bones and indigestible materials in a controlled way similar to our rectum/anus system.  

They therefor have two rectum/anus systems: one for the left-overs of digested food, the other for the indigestible parts.

They have the capability of communicating in the four ways as stated before.  I will focus now on the Phantasmic communication.  This is what we believe at the OTO center, what most of you have been experiencing during your dreams.   It is a warning signal of the Aquarians of what types of aliens exist in the Universe and where they live, how they operate and in what way they are a threat to humanity.  We therefor truly believe that the Aquarians are the ‘Good Aliens' that might eventually show up and help with the protection of our planet. The other aliens we have seen in the dream analysis or which we have received detailed description during the analyses, will be presented tomorrow during the session we call ‘war like dreams’. This will be about the intergalactic wars ongoing in the universe between several of the extra-terrestrial beings. We will ask you to keep this information secret for the time-being as we prepare the inhabitants of our planet for the possible arrival of aliens. The good thing is that we got a good idea of which Aliens might be on their way here and what their possible intentions are (.…).
